Eloys Lechon de Cebu, provider of authentic Lechon Cebu taste, is located in # 4 Tatlong Balon, Circumferential Rd. Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City and started to fully operate in January 2010. It is a joint investment of Mr. Carlos “Mang Caloy” C. Genson, and his sons Reginald, Randy and Ronnie.
The Gensons invested on their own roasting facility carrying the original lechon Cebu taste under the brand name Eloys Lechon de Cebu. Eloys was derived from joining Mr. Carlos’ first grandson, Elgin and his nickname, Caloy. The original lechon Cebu recipe was refined and brought to Antipolo by Mang Caloy who was born and raised in Pasil, Cebu City.
Before Eloys, Mang Caloy has been providing Lechon Cebu as a small time individual to friends and referrals for more than 14 years. Because of the multiple repeat orders he received and dependable Lechon Cebu roasting experience, his family realized the potential for a full-blown business with their own roasting facility which came to reality in January 10, 2010.
